Landscaping Services:  Design, Installation, and Maintenance

Design:  Premier Landscapes helps create your personal outdoor living space.  We can design the landscape for your new home or office, as well as redesign your existing landscape to meet the changing needs of your family, or business.  Navigate to our Portfolio page to learn more.

Installation:  Installation of softscape elements, including plants, trees, mulch, etc. combined with hardscape accents or focal points including retaining walls, patios, walkways, fountains, and driveways to bring to life the landscape you envisioned.

Maintenance:  Landscape maintenance includes (but is not limited to) the following:  edging, pruning, hedge-trimming, mulching, weeding, leaf clean-up, and removal of debris from your landscape beds.  Premier is a service-oriented company, and we enjoy all outdoor activities... yes, including picking up dog-poop!

Lawncare Services:  Installation and Maintenance

Lawn Installation:  Customers can choose from the following options for lawn installation:

• Finish grading, seeding, and straw. You will see the results in as little as 5 days!

• Finish grading and sod installation.  For those who desire instant results.

Professional Lawn Cutting Services:

Allow our experts to finely manicure your lawn, making it the envy of the neighborhood.  Season begins April 1st and continues through November 30th.

Lawn Fertilization: 

Choose from the following three options to keep your lawn looking its best:

Premier Basic:  A Single granular application.

Premier Plus:  Four fertilizer applications.

Premier Gold:  Six applications (four fertilizer and two lime applications).

Detaching & Aeration: 

Spring and Fall services available.  These are the ideal times to reestablish your lawn.

Patios and Walkways:  

If you can imagine it, we can build it.  Choose from a variety of materials, including natural cut stone, slate, and your choice of brick pavers.  We can combine softscape beds or hardscape elements to render your patio or walkway more inviting, or sophisticated.

Fountains & Water Features: 

We take great pride in custom fountains for both home and commercial applications.  Additionally we install a variety of pre-cast fountains and water features. Water features bring an air of peace and tranquility.

Driveways and Fencing:  Drive on comfort and elegance.  Brick pavers provide the best look with long-lasting durability, maintain looks, no cracking, and easy repair--should the need arise.   We also install a variety of fencing, including:  split-rail, privacy, decorative, custom fencing and other options are available upon request.

Retaining Walls:

For soil retention or simply for aesthetic value.  Premier Landscapes offers a variety of materials for your wall project.  Materials include:  Natural Stone, Cut Stone, and Segmental Retaining Block systems.  Retaining walls in concert with walkways can also be used to provide a stepped-down, or terraced effect to a thoroughfare, or slope on your property.
